Silent Auction Donation Letter
The Richard Nixon Library and Museum Docent Guild is a volunteer‐run, non‐profit, tax- exempt organization, as established under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our annual Wine and Food Gala and Silent Auction Fundraiser in the East Room of the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in Yorba Linda. All proceeds go towards our Scholarship program benefiting the high schools in the Placentia and Yorba Linda Unified School District.
To ensure a successful fundraiser we are seeking the community’s help by requesting donations of gift certificates, baskets, and other items or services to be used at our
Silent Auction. Your donation will enhance our auction and is greatly appreciated.
All sponsors will be recognized in our event flyer, program, website, event banner and in the event announcements. Sponsors who contribute a substantial monetary donation to our fundraiser will have additional opportunities to be recognized. Additionally, we would provide our sponsors with admittance tickets to the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum to be used on a date of their choosing.
All donations are tax-deductible and we will gladly issue a receipt for your donation.
